Fifty-nine years after Neil Armstrong's moon landing was broadcast to the world with the help of Aussie technology,  our country is finally getting in on space exploration. 

The Australian Space Agency was launched on July 1, 2018 with hopes of capturing a greater share of the global space market. 

Let's take a look at the history of space exploration down under and the future that our new agency may bring.
