CELEBRITY Keeping up with the kardashians
All of the fun came to a crashing halt at Kylie Jenner's 21st birthday celebration when social media influencer, Tammy Hembrow collapsed. An ambulance came to rush the Australian model to the hospital and the entire ordeal became a news spectacle.
Since the party, the Kardashian-Jenner family has remained relatively quiet about the incident. Kim, Kris, Kourtney, and Kendall all unfollowed Hembrow on Instagram suggesting that medical emergencies are a major Hollywood faux pas.
Now, the momager Kris Jenner has officially broken the silence surrounding Hembrow's accident. In an interview with Kyle and Jackie O, Jenner said, according to Pedestrian.TV. "I hope she’s OK. I actually left before any of that happened. I typically go to bed at nine o’clock so it was way past my bedtime,” she told the hosts.
Jenner then referenced the tear-filled video Hembrow released, saying, "I’m not sure [what happened], I still don’t know, I asked several people…’And then I saw she did a video explaining that she was very jet-lagged and didn’t feel well.”
Then, like a true master of public relations, Jenner changed the subject by saying, "I’m so happy she was OK. We [the Kardashian-Jenner family] had so much fun.”
Looks like Hembrow may not get the invite for the next Kardashian-Jenner birthday bash.
