Ozzy Osbourne set to headline Download Festival 2019

Time to dust off your old metal t-shirts and backcomb your hair. The Hellraiser himself, Ozzy Osbourne is coming down under to perform at Download Music Festival next year.
The freshly revealed line up is undeniably one of the heaviest bills to hit Australia in years, featuring a bunch of legendary, genre-defining acts.
The announcement of Ozzy Osbourne has created quite a ripple. The Grammy-winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee has chosen Download Festival to host his final shows in Australia. Osbourne will celebrate with a career-spanning set, highlighting his illustrious 50-year career.
Ozzy will be joined by other legends such as Slayer, Judas Priest, Anthrax and many more. Local acts including The Amity Affliction, High Tension, and Luca Brasi are joining the bill, alongside Kiwi teens Alien Weaponry, New Zealand‘s ferocious answer to Gojira.
Download Festival will take place Saturday, March 9 at Sydney’s Parramatta Park, and Monday, March 11, at Melbourne’s Flemington Racecourse.
